Transforms inputs (requests, data, materials, demand) into outcomes
Enabled by business capabilities, processes, information, and technology
Focuses on producing something of worth, but value is not yet realized
• Value Realization (Value Delivery)
The point at which the stakeholder receives and recognizes the benefit
Occurs when outcomes are delivered, used, or measured
Expressed through results such as customer satisfaction, revenue, efficiency, risk reduction, or compliance
Confirms that the created value has been successfully delivered
Summary:
• Value Creation produces potential value
• Value Realization confirms and captures actual value
