Description
IT Cloud Support Services represent the operational governance and support function responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of cloud-based deployments. This element encapsulates the people, processes, and tools used by the IT Cloud Support Team to monitor environments, respond to incidents, and maintain operational health across AWS-hosted workloads.
From an IAM perspective, this service operates through role-based, least-privilege access, enabling support personnel to observe system behavior, manage observability tooling, and respond to alerts without direct administrative control over application or infrastructure resources.
