Visualization Service (Managed Grafana) Description The Visualization Service, implemented using Amazon Managed Grafana, provides a centralized, user-facing interface for exploring and analyzing observability data. It enables IT Cloud Support personnel to visualize system behavior through dashboards, charts, and panels that correlate metrics across services and environments. This component acts as the primary situational awareness tool, allowing support teams to detect trends, investigate anomalies, and assess the impact of incidents in near real time.
